World Bank Commits $20B to Pakistan: PM Lauds Pledge Under Partnership Framework
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed gratitude for the World Bank’s $20 billion commitment under its inaugural 10-year partnership framework for Pakistan.
In a message on the x forum, the prime minister mentioned that the framework emphasizes six critical areas, which include child nutrition, quality education, clean energy, climate resilience, inclusive development, and private investment. These align with our national priorities outlined in our Home-Grown Economic Transformation Plan.
