ISLAMABAD: On Tuesday, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, the Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, met with John K C Lee, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR). They highlighted the significance of enhancing economic and diplomatic ties between their nations.
In a press release from the finance ministry, Aurangzeb mentioned during the meeting with Lee the opportunities for greater collaboration in several areas, such as finance, technology, and tourism.
He emphasized the shared values and interests that connect the two regions and reiterated Pakistan’s dedication to further strengthening these relationships.
Minister Aurangzeb and Chief Executive Lee discussed various subjects, such as economic cooperation, trade relationships, investment prospects, and cultural interactions between their respective regions. The focus of the discussion was to strengthen connections and identify paths for shared growth and success, as stated. During this meeting, K C Lee expressed his appreciation for Aurangzeb’s visit and reiterated the goal of improving collaboration between Pakistan and Hong Kong.
