For citizens of Pakistan intending to travel to Malaysia, it is crucial to secure a visit visa before their arrival, as entry will be refused without it. The government of Malaysia provides e-visas that are valid for six months and can be conveniently applied for online.
To apply for a Malaysia visit visa, Pakistani citizens will need to provide the following documents:
- Passport
- Digital copy of the passport’s biographical information page
- Passport-size photo of the applicant
- Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation
- Return ticket
- Proof of funds for the duration of the trip to Malaysia
As of January 2, 2025, the cost of an e-visa for tourists is 20 Malaysian Ringgit, amounting to Rs1,232.
