The location where Kate received her treatment was kept private at that time. After the touching visit, which was met with a warm reception, the king acknowledged the Princess.
“The @princeandprincessofwales have become Joint Patrons of the @royalmarsdennhs,” stated the message at the top of an Instagram Story shared by the royal family.
The king’s office released a video showcasing highlights from Kate’s visit.
“During a visit to the hospital’s Chelsea location yesterday, Her Royal Highness interacted with patients receiving treatment and staff in various roles within the hospital.”
This acknowledgment arrives just as the king has honored Kate with a role ‘suitable for a queen.’
For the first time, she has received the authority to grant royal warrants to any business supplying goods to royal households.
This privilege was previously exclusive to the monarchs within the family. The acknowledgment is believed to indicate Kate’s elevated role in the future.
