Imran Khan Warns of Plot to Impose 10-Year Dictatorship in Pakistan
Lahore: Pakistan’s incarcerated former prime minister Imran Khan has said that economic development can never occur as long as the contemporary “fascist system” is in location and warned that there’s a plan to impose a “10-yr dictatorship” in Pakistan.
Khan, seventy-two, has been lodged in the Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi because of mid-2023 in multiple cases, and his birthday celebration Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been at loggerheads with the federal authorities because the overall elections in February 2024.
Several PTI leaders are currently in talks with the authorities, and Khan on Wednesday said his birthday party will participate in the third round of talks to help ease the political tension inside the United States.
