Farah Khan is known as one of the top directors and choreographers in Bollywood. She is well-liked for her humor, but her life has not always been easy. Due to money issues, she lived in a storeroom with her family for six years. There was a time when she couldn’t afford to pay for her father Kamran Khan’s last rites.
In an interview with Simi Garewal, Farah said, “I could focus on the sad parts of my childhood, my trauma, and my parents’ divorce. My father passed away with only Rs 30 in his pocket. You can choose to be bitter and angry, but I prefer to remember the good times.” She added, “We look back on those moments with laughter. Sajid and I share funny stories about how my father would get furious, pull out his gun, and everyone would run away. It’s a funny memory, which feels like a better way to remember it.”
