According to the Daily Mail, the 52-year-old actor was seen in Los Angeles wearing a navy blue suit and a white dress shirt, which he left unbuttoned and without a tie. The actor, known for his role in Gone Girl, appeared visibly shocked as he returned home to witness a massive wildfire affecting part of the city’s west side.
The star of The Accountant was photographed driving to his residence in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood, where he has lived since his separation from his ex-wife. The wildfire destroyed several homes in the affluent area. It resulted in the cancellation of numerous Hollywood premieres, including the event for Unstoppable, a film produced by Affleck and featuring Lopez.
This marks the actor’s first public appearance following his official divorce from the singer-actress, as reported by PEOPLE. The divorce judgment was finalized nearly 20 weeks after the Atlas actress filed for dissolution of marriage on August 20. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, who rekindled their romance in 2021, were married in a private ceremony in Las Vegas in July 2022.
